INDUTECH × ALTAMEA: OES spare parts for mobile mining equipment

OES spare parts for mobile mining equipment · local technical support in Spain and Portugal.

A small part can stop a multi-million-euro machine.

Parts management isn’t just procurement — it’s operational continuity. We cross-reference your part number, quote real lead time, and get it back to work from Indutech’s workshop.

The alliance, in 50 seconds

Who we are

The alliance doesn’t create a new company: it joins Altamea’s international part-locating and cross-referencing capability with Indutech’s field knowledge, workshop and technical support.

Two capabilities that complement each other, not a new company:

INDUTECH

brings the workshop in Huelva, fleet knowledge, repair, overhauling and field technical support.

ALTAMEA

brings the international supply network, technical part cross-referencing, and OES sourcing.

The result isn’t a parts catalogue — it’s operational continuity: shorter downtime, traceable price and lead time from the first quote, and critical stock built only where real consumption justifies it.

Coverage by application, not just by part

Before going in by part family, you can go in by type of operation:

Tunnels and underground civil works: same jumbo, same part

Drill and blast, NATM, advancing face — if that’s your site, this page is for you too, even though until now it only talked about mining.

A tunnel jumbo and a mine jumbo aren’t cousins: on what actually wears out, they’re the same part. The Sandvik DT821 and the DD422i share the T38 shank adapter, the rod and much of the hydraulics, and take the same three hammers — RD520, RD525 and RDX5. One hammer, reconditioned in our workshop, serves both machines. That’s not a coincidence: Sandvik itself lists the DD422i for «underground development drilling and small scale tunneling», and Epiroc’s own jumbo division is called «Underground Mining and Tunneling».

On a single face there’s no spare machine: if the hammer goes down, that week’s advance doesn’t happen — and that advance usually sits on the critical path of a contract deadline with a penalty attached. So here the conversation opens on lead time, not factory price — price comes after, in writing, with warranty.

We talk to whoever has the machine on the face — the drill-and-blast specialist — not the general contractor that subcontracts the works.

Models we cover in underground civil works: DT820, DT821, DT920i, DT1130, DT1131i, DT1132i, Boomer, Axera — same catalogue, same listing as machines covered.

The product families

With their own page (critical spare parts, quotable today):

Also quotable: send us the reference and we’ll confirm availability and lead time: driveline flanges · structural and articulation pins and bushings (boom, boom-bucket, cylinder — different from the tooth-retention pins and bushings already covered by the Ground engaging tools page) · gears · fluids and lubricant oil · electric parts · chassis parts · general hydraulics.

What we do

OES supply from the factory.

We cross-reference your OEM part number against Altamea’s international catalogue and tell you what’s available, and when.

Remanufacturing to original specification.

When a part is no longer produced, or the original takes too long, we recondition it to original technical specification.

Fleet audit and maintenance support.

We review your fleet and tell you which references are worth stocking before they fail.

Distribution network.

One local point of contact — Indutech — for an international OES parts catalogue.

How a request for quotation (RFQ) works

In short: you send your references, we cross-reference and validate them, you get a comparable quote. The detail, step by step:

1
Tell us what you need. Fill in the form with the machine, brand, model and reference if you have it — one minute.
2
We register the opportunity. If a data point is missing (serial number, nameplate photo), we ask for it by email before moving forward.
3
We cross-reference the part. We check OES availability against the international catalogue and, where it applies, the remanufacturing route.
4
In most cases, price and lead time land in your inbox within 24-48 business hours; if the reference needs factory consultation, we’ll tell you the real lead time as soon as we know it. Always with condition and warranty in writing.
5
You confirm the order and we follow up until the part is in your workshop, or ours, ready to install.

Frequently asked questions

What does OES mean?

Spare parts supplied by specialised manufacturers for the industrial channel, with origin, condition, traceability and warranty stated in each quote. It doesn’t imply official representation of the machinery manufacturers.

Are you an official Sandvik or Epiroc dealer?

No. OES spare parts and compatible components for Sandvik, Epiroc, Dana, Kessler, Deutz and Montabert equipment — including machines still carrying an Atlas Copco or Tamrock nameplate, their earlier brand names. We are not an official Sandvik or Epiroc dealer.

Do you carry immediate stock of every reference?

Today we operate on a spot basis against Altamea’s international catalogue, with price and lead time confirmed in 24-48h in most cases. Critical stock in Spain is built family by family, based on the real consumption each client confirms.

Can you source a part for a legacy machine the OEM no longer supports?

This is one of the cases where we add the most value: we cross-reference against the OES catalogue and, if it doesn’t exist, we assess remanufacturing to original technical specification.

What does the warranty cover?

Condition, scope and applicable warranty are stated in writing in each quote. Repaired or remanufactured solutions are subject to prior technical evaluation.

Do you work in Portugal?

Yes — the alliance provides local technical support in Spain and Portugal.

What do you need to give me a real reference and lead time?

Machine, brand, model, serial number and OEM reference if you have it. With that we cross-reference the part the same day.

What if the machine is down right now?

Use the direct «Machine down» channel below — it’s handled separately from the standard form.
