Hydraulic pumps, valves and motors for mining equipment

Hydraulic components that hold the whole system up

Pumps, directional valves, hydraulic motors and precision filters drive the machine’s entire hydraulic system. These are the hydraulic components checked first once the system loses pressure. When they fail, controls turn sluggish or stop responding — often before the whole machine goes down.

Covers

hydraulic pumps and motors, directional and load valves, manifolds and precision filters, across the full hydraulic system of LHDs, jumbos and underground trucks.

Which machines

The boom-positioning and feed circuit on the DD422i, Boomer M2 and M2C jumbos, the lift circuit on the Scooptram ST14, ST18 and Toro LH621i, and the feed system on the ROC D50, ROC T35 and SmartROC C50. Also the steering and dump-hoist hydraulic system on the Toro TH663i, MT720 and Minetruck MT2010, MT2200 and MT65 haul trucks; the pump group and arm actuation on the Meyco Versa shotcreting robot; and the hydraulic power and feed group on the Diamec U6 and the Christensen series core rigs — any hydraulically powered drill carries a pump, valves and a hydraulic motor, whatever the brand. See the rest in the machines catalogue.

Where to find the data

Pumps and hydraulic motors carry the reference on an aluminium plate riveted to the housing, near the drive shaft — it reads better once wiped clean, accumulated grease often hides the last digit.

Remanufacturing

On axial piston pumps, reconditioning the cylinder block and swash plate usually restores full original flow without buying a new pump.

Brands: OES spare parts and compatible components for Sandvik, Epiroc, Dana, Kessler, Deutz, Montabert equipment. We are not an official Sandvik or Epiroc dealer.
